How do the Plans Work?

My Customer Cloud offers pay as you go pricing in one simple, convenient plan. There are no contracts or set-up charges. Pay for what you use with full access to all features with no limits on the number of representatives or customers.

New customers get 100 free chats (a $20 value) to get started! No credit card is required for the free trial. After that chats can be purchased at $0.20 per chat. Text messages can be purchased at $0.03 per inbound or outbound message with a $1 monthly charge for each phone number.

You can cancel your plan at any time and you will receive an immediate refund for your unused balance.

What Can I Expect to Pay?

The costs below are estimates for small businesses using chats only and are based upon the experience of our existing customers. The table approximates the total cost per month given a projected chat volume based upon the size of your business. We do not charge per representative; the first column is only included to help you better estimate projected chat volume and cost.
